Add a row to your Projects database in Notion — project name, area, and a short description of what the project is. Then send /update to your bot. The system registers it immediately and starts routing captures to it automatically. You never need to touch any settings. Just make sure to mark it as Active.

It keeps everything running — the automation server, the AI APIs, and the Telegram bot. It also covers any fixes needed if an external platform (Notion, Telegram, or the AI services) makes a change that breaks something.

Contact me. Any breaks caused by external platform or API changes are covered — I will diagnose and fix it. Response within 2 working days for standard clients. However, the system has been rigoruously tested so this should be a rare occurance if so.

Let me know and I'll close everything down — the automation server gets deleted, the bot gets archived. Your Notion workspace and everything in it stays with you. You own it. Clean exit, nothing held.

Your data lives entirely in your own Notion workspace, which you own and control. I remove myself from your workspace at the handover call — from that point on, you're fully independent. The only time I'd need access again is if you report a bug that requires a fix inside Notion, or if you want additional features built. In either case, you re-invite me, I do the work, and that's it. The AI APIs process your task descriptions to classify them during triage — this is standard API usage. Nothing is stored beyond that, and nothing is used for training.

The Notion workspace is only part of what's delivered. The system also includes a configured Telegram bot, multiple automation workflows running on a managed server, AI classification that routes everything to the right place, daily morning briefings, and weekly/fortnightly Sprint Memos written from your actual data. Building and maintaining that yourself would take significant time and technical knowledge to set up and keep running. This is the done-for-you version.
